Mobility Partners

Handheld Manufacturers design and build mobile devices such as cell phones and personal digital assistants. They offer programs helping your application to run on the manufacturer's device. These programs provide such things as software developer kits (SDKs), tools, sample code, technical help, and certification to fast-track application development on their particular device platform.

Operators or Carriers offer over-the-air services, or have relationships with handheld manufacturers to provide them with a wide range of services including, but not limited to, mobile phone rental or data/fax/phone cards (smart cards).
